The Benefits of Yoga in general assists neuromuscular development, improves posture and alignment, digestion and circulation, development of the vestibular system, and strengthens the immune system. It also promotes midline crossing motions, balance, body awareness, coordination, team skills and social interaction, discipline and self control, and promotes and overall sense of well-being.

Recently I have discovered this video series through this article on performance enhancing apps, written by Sarah Ward and Sean Sweeney.
Free of charge, the collection of yoga instruction videos can be found on Youtube. As Ward and Sweeney stated in their 2015 Ashawire article, the app aids Executive Functioning skill development; situational awareness, time management, planning, and self-regulation.
