How can mindfulness be implemented in schools?
- Whole-class mindfulness sessions (daily or weekly)
- Individual opportunities for students to engage in mindfulness-based practices (a mindfulness centre in the classroom where students can use apps and headphones)
- Designated areas for students to self-engage the strategies explored in the whole-class sessions (a special chair or corner where students can sit and implement strategies)
